Shane LeMon
Shane LeMon, is the President of American Property-Consultants & Appraisers. He was born and raised in Albuquerque, and received his college education at the University of New Mexico (civil engineering), and the University of Albuquerque (accounting). He began his career in appraising in 1984 following several years in the corporate accounting field. His extensive education and experience have made him a recognized appraiser in the State of New Mexico. He has earned the following esteemed designations and credentials:

Estate Valuation Consultants, Inc. (EVC) was formed in 1993 to meet the specialized needs of the private real estate industry. The firm utilizes the same highly qualified staff and extensive data base system as American Property-Consultants & Appraisers, Inc. EVC specializes in commercial real estate appraising and real estate consulting, focusing on estate valuation services. The company assists individuals and families regarding real estate valuations and consulting for buy/sell decisions, due diligence, feasibility, gifting, financial planning, death, divorce and more. EVC works closely with other highly qualified professionals including CPA’s, CFP’s and attorneys to solve critical real estate valuation situations in today’s ever-changing market.
Shane LeMon, MAI, CCIM is the owner and qualifying broker for BPOXpress, Inc. His extensive appraisal experience allows him the expertise to prepare broker price opinions for both institutional and individual clients. A broker price opinion helps to determine the estimated value of real estate property, but is less comprehensive than an appraisal, and therefore not as expensive.
